If you ask us about the marketability and availability of a particular medicine, in most cases we can give you an expert answer straight away. If not, we will research until we can give you an answer. Even if you have questions about the costs or the duration of a drug procurement, ask us, we will be happy to help you. After more than 25 years in this field, we know the ordering channels and, last but not least, the major suppliers, international manufacturers and their products. We look for the fastest, most cost-effective shipping options for your order and also ensure safe transport – especially when it comes to special preparations: air freight, airmail, rail express or courier services. Refrigerated goods are also in safe hands with us. Do you have a price enquiry? Legislation prohibits the publication of price lists for foreign medicines, but if you contact us personally, we will be happy to tell you the price you can expect. You don’t have to worry about customs and import formalities either, we’ll take care of that for you. We want to take as much work off your hands as possible. You order the foreign medicine from us and we do all the rest for you. In no time at all, the order will arrive at your pharmacy and you can supply your customer.
Quality and safety
Liability insurance of over 2 million euros
As foreign preparations are not subject to the statutory cover, we have taken out an extra liability insurance policy for €2 million per claim. This provides additional security. For your and our safety, we only supply medicines from suppliers and manufacturers we have known for a long time.
Quality management
Since your safety and high quality are important to us, all incoming medicines are checked by us for any defects. This enables us to react quickly and, if necessary, contact you and the manufacturer immediately. In order to be able to offer you consistent quality, we have had ourselves certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. In the course of this certification, all processes occurring in Pharmavertrieb Heinze are carried out according to a defined standard system and guarantee a consistent quality of processes and services. All processes and services are recorded in our quality management manual and can be read by employees at any time. Processes and working methods are changed and improved during regular reviews. Mobility in the service of our customers
Pharmavertrieb HEINZE GmbH has three vans with which we drive your orders to the post office or our logistics partners several times a day. In addition, our drivers drive across the border several times a day to our logistics partners, pick up mail and medicines there, and take care of all customs formalities for our customers.
Delivery to Switzerland
As we are not allowed by law to keep foreign medicines in stock, we order them for you directly from our international suppliers. As soon as we receive the medicines, they are delivered immediately after processing. Due to our proximity to the Swiss border, most Swiss medicines usually reach us within 24 hours. In the event of delivery problems on the part of manufacturers and suppliers, we will of course inform you immediately. We take care of all customs formalities for you. We deliver to our Swiss customers within 24 hours by post or parcel services. Delivery can also be made by the wholesalers cooperating with us. In case of delays, delivery problems or dispositions, we will inform you immediately. We take care of all customs formalities for you, as well as any customs charges for alcohol, etc.
